ABOUT MAXINE

Maxine is an experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Breathwork Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, and more than two decades of study in Family Constellations. Her therapeutic approach is deeply holistic, drawing upon diverse disciplines such as Attachment Theory, Tai Chi, Meditation, Natural Therapies, and fitness instruction to support clients in their emotional and spiritual growth. Maxine holds a Diploma in Natural Therapies and has participated in a 12-month infant-parent observational research program, which further deepened her understanding of human attachment and relational dynamics. Her breathwork practice—rooted in conscious connected breathing—serves as a powerful tool for healing and self-exploration. Dedicated to creating a warm, respectful, and transformative therapeutic space, Maxine helps individuals resolve emotional challenges, strengthen personal resilience, and cultivate more meaningful relationships. Her work emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for developing awareness, insight, and personal empowerment.
