ABOUT KRISTINE
Kristine has spent over two decades in the world of mathematics education, serving as a dedicated lecturer and teacher. Her journey, however, is a beautiful blend of logic and intuition—a harmonious dance between the analytical and the spiritual. Just like a well-balanced equation, Kristine believes that the best results in life come from integrating both sides of the brain: the logical and the mindful.
Her passion for mindfulness was sparked in 2019 when she set out to create a harp meditation group. What began as a simple step toward community wellness led her to formal training in mindfulness, where she fell in love with the practice. Since then, Kristine has expanded her work to deliver mindfulness programs across local councils, healthcare providers, schools, universities, sports clubs, and corporate environments—empowering individuals to reduce stress, enhance clarity, and reach their full potential. In addition to her teaching and coaching work, Kristine is a multi-published author. Her books include White Space, a guide to slowing down and reclaiming inner peace, a whimsical series of fairy tales for children, and The Harrie Taylor Mysteries. Her holistic approach to wellbeing brings together wisdom, creativity, and clarity—proving that even the most logical minds can thrive when nurtured with mindfulness.
