ABOUT SUHASINI
Dr Suhasini Shankar brings a unique blend of academic depth, reflective presence, and holistic support to her work. With over 30 years of experience in education, counselling, and self-inquiry, she creates spaces for calm reflection, personal insight, and grounded self-awareness. Holding a PhD in Physics and a Master’s in Counselling, alongside formal training in psychology and education, Suhasini’s path has taken her from academia to deeper questions of inner coherence and meaning.
Her approach gently integrates Eastern wisdom traditions, such as Pancha Kosha Vichara and Atma Bodha, with contemporary understandings of emotional wellbeing, including trauma-sensitive practice and relational dynamics. Rather than offering fixed answers, Suhasini supports individuals to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what is already within them. She offers one-on-one sessions, group circles, and mentoring spaces for those seeking clarity, stillness, and authentic inner connection.
Her work is not about fixing, but about remembering creating room for clients to come home to themselves with kindness and awareness.
