ABOUT LORRAINE
Lorraine Sinclair is a registered nurse and mental health professional who brings a grounded, compassionate, and evidence-informed approach to supporting individuals navigating emotional and relational complexity. With qualifications in nursing and health science, and further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), Lorraine integrates structured frameworks with a deeply human, relational approach. She has a particular focus on working with individuals experiencing patterns commonly associated with complex trauma and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and is committed to contributing to a more compassionate and informed understanding of these experiences. Lorraine creates a supportive environment where clients can build self-awareness, develop practical strategies, and strengthen their capacity to respond to life with greater clarity, flexibility, and personal agency.
