ABOUT ANTHONY
Anthony is a professional counsellor who integrates clinical practice with a contemplative approach, drawing on philosophy, spiritual traditions, and a deep curiosity about human behaviour and experience. Working remotely with clients across Australia and internationally, Anthony provides tailored telehealth support for individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as grief, anxiety, life transitions, and relational difficulty. His work is grounded in presence, honesty, and compassion, offering a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported. Anthony has a particular interest in trauma-informed perspectives, including Developmental Trauma Disorder (DTD) and Predictive Dissociative Therapy (PDT), and remains actively engaged in ongoing research in these areas. He brings both professional training and lived experience into his practice, supporting a nuanced and empathetic understanding of complex emotional experiences. His approach is integrative and flexible, recognising that no single method suits every individual. He focuses on developing awareness, insight, and practical strategies, supporting clients to better understand their patterns and respond to life with greater clarity and adaptability over time. With a balance of depth and lightness, Anthony creates an environment that encourages reflection, growth, and meaningful connection
