Tracey is deeply committed to helping clients find happiness in their lives by teaching them how to respond to challenges, without getting caught up in irate, out-of-control emotions. Having personally experienced what it feels like to be a screaming, out-of-control parent, Tracey knows that these unchecked emotions can suck a person into a manipulative, controlling, needy and insecure downward spiral. It wasn't until Tracey mastered the art of Neuro Linguistic Programming that she grew from the depths of loneliness, despair and frustration into a confident, happy and balanced mother, partner and person, shedding her pain and making room for joy.
Today, Tracey is a positive, committed mum of two and a dedicated Emotional Fitness Trainer, Life Coach & NLP Trainer.
