MORE ABOUT RUTH'S JOURNEY
Ruth’s personal journey of overcoming a decade of chronic illness, stress, and anxiety while balancing an emotionally demanding career and family responsibilities shaped her current path. A turning point came when a medical specialist, in response to her concerns, simply handed her a stress management leaflet. Realizing that traditional medical approaches were not addressing the root cause of her struggles, Ruth took control of her health. Her pursuit of epigenetics, new biology, nutrition, resilience science, and Biblical teachings empowered her to understand how limiting beliefs and unexpressed emotions contribute to illness. Through her studies, Ruth learned how to create an inner environment that not only reduces anxiety but also promotes DNA repair and self-healing. Today, she applies these principles to her practice and shares her insights publicly, helping others reclaim their health and improve their well-being.
